The MPTA places tremendous value on our student members. The student members of today will become the future leaders of our organization. Our student members are truly creating their own future; at a very early stage in their careers they see the value in their professional organization.

Jessica Boyer!!

I am a married mother of three school aged children.  I am an avid runner and love to be outdoors hiking, running, biking, rock climbing, and I hope to add other thrills to my list.  I am going to continue my education to receive a Bachelor's Degree in either Healthcare Management or Exercise Science.  I have been able to maintain a GPA of 3.88 throughout my program.   I would like to thank my instructors Bridget and Jan for always seeing the potential in me and helping me to achieve my goals.  I would have not been able to get through the program without their support and the support from my family and classmates.  I have learned so much more than I ever thought I would, not just about the world of physical therapy, but also about myself.  I could not have asked for better instructors, support staff, and classmates.  Through my clinical experiences, I have grown a passion for working those who have suffered from CVA's and hope to be able to work with this population in the future.  I am looking forward to what the next chapter in my life, as a PTA, will hold for me.
