Andrea Marchi, PT, MBA, CSCS
Andrea graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997. With her background as a college athlete and an interest in rehabilitation of athletic injuries, she began working as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist for Southeast Missouri Hospital. In 1999 she obtained the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS). For 14 years she was a Rehab Manager for Southeast. She continued to treat patients and opened a satellite clinic in her hometown of Jackson, MO. In 2005, she obtained her Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Healthcare from William Woods University. In 2018, Andrea was promoted to Director of Rehabilitation Services for Southeast Health. Her scope currently includes 3 outpatient clinics, acute therapy services for the hospital as well as serving as the liaison for the contracted services provided by Lifepoint/Kindred at the ARU within Southeast Hospital. Andrea also provides leadership to the Clinical Dieticians at Southeast. One of her most recent accomplishments is bringing a version of the Johns Hopkins Activity and Mobility Program to the patients and clinical teams at Southeast Hospital. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Andrea and her husband Chris have 2 children, Cameron and Lauren, and are soon to be empty nesters. She has enjoyed sharing her love of sports with her kids and watching them play over the years. Within the community, she enjoys being involved with the local Chamber of Commerce events, the Alzheimer’s Walk, and now serving the APTA-MO as a District Chair. Email: amarchi@sehealth.org
