Paula Burnett

Paula Burnett, PT graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia Physical Therapy Program. She has been employed with Capital Region Medical Center and serves as the Director of Rehabilitation Services. Paula has been a member of the APTA since 1984. She has served the Missouri Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association in the following roles: District Chair, Chair of the District Chairs, Director, CEU task force member, PT-PAC Treasurer, Key Contact, Delegate and President. Paula currently serves in the role of Payment Chair.  She has served in governor appointed roles as a Liaison to the Council for Physical Fitness and Health and the Secretary and Chairman of the Advisory Commission on Physical Therapy. She served on the Education Committee for the Federation of State Boards. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the State Technical College of Missouri Physical Therapist Assistant Program. She has served as guest lecturer for Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Programs. Paula lives in Jefferson City, Missouri with her husband Bill.
