 Exercise Prescription: Slowing the Slippery Slope of Aging 

 Continuing Education Opportunity (4.0 contact hours) 

Date: Saturday, August 6th 

Time: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Location: St. Louis Home Health (1000 Camera Ave, Suite B, St. Louis, MO 63126)

Cost:  $75 donation to the PT-PAC of Missouri; $50 for PT/PTA students


Donations to the PAC are used for political purposes and are not tax deductible.


Course Objectives: 

 

1.       Upon completion of course, participants will be able to :

 

2.       Explain the problems leading to the slippery slope of aging

 

3.       Provide safe and effective exercise programs for aging adults

 

4.       Integrate principals of intensity, duration, frequency, and mode into geriatric aerobic, balance, and strengthening programs
