Dear Sponsors/Exhibitors,
We are excited to announce we are opening a limited number of vendor exhibits at our upcoming Fall Conference on Saturday, October 26 at St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO! The exhibits will be from 5:00-7:30 during our Physical Therapy Month Celebration, following the conference. The celebration is being hosted by the Eastern District MPTA as well as the statewide association. In the past we have not opened the Fall Conference to vendors, and we are excited to present this opportunity for only $300! While our Fall Conference is smaller than the Spring, we expect key decision makers within the association and the majority of conference attendees being physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. We generally do not have a high volume of students for this one-day conference.
Enclosed you will find information regarding sponsorship opportunities and registration. We have recommended certain levels of sponsorship; however, any contribution you wish to make would be greatly appreciated. Your participation will be appreciated and recognized in the MPTA conference program.
If you wish to exhibit, your application and deposit must be received by October 4, 2019. All conference activities will take place at St. Louis University, 3437 Caroline St, St. Louis, MO 63104. A small block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Ignacio for a limited time (.4 miles from campus). Please call 314-977-4411 and mention the Missouri Physical Therapy Association.
