Course Objectives
Blood Flow Restriction
Participants will learn key concepts of blood flow restriction training including potential theories, current evidence, clinical protocols, and uses of blood flow restriction in an orthopedic patient population. This course will contain both lecture and lab so that individuals may gain hands on experience with blood flow restriction devices currently available.
Thoracic Spine - Manipulation, Mobilization and Treatment
At the conclusion of this course the participant will:
Display an understanding of muscular and neuro anatomy as it relates to the thoracic spine
Show understanding of the vascular and nervous anatomy in relation to the first rib
Show proficiency in clinically applicable manipulation for the thoracic spine
