Kathy Bartley

Kathy Bartley, PT, DPT, MHA, CLT, graduated from Physical Therapy school at the University of Kansas in 1977 and completed her doctorate in 2012. She received her Masters in Healthcare Administration for Southwest Baptist University and completed her Lymphedema Certification in 2000 through the North American School of Vodder. She has been practicing as a PT for 37 yearss for St. John's/Mercy in Joplin, MO working in multiple capacities from staff PT in acute, skilled nursing,  home health, rehab and outreach to nursing homes and schools. She has help management positions in acute care for 10 years and rehab for 2 years. Currently, she is the primary lymphedema therapist for Mercy Hospital. She is a prn for several skilled nursing facilities in the region for both lymmphedema and general PT. She is active in her church is the Parish Council, Parish Council for Catholic Women, Senior High Youth Group and teaching the pre-kindergarden/kindergarden sunday school class. She is part of the planning committee for the Joplin Relay for Life and the Newton County Relay for Life.
