Jennifer Schnieders, PT, DPT
Jennifer is a native of Jefferson City, MO. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Master of Physical Therapy, and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. While attending SLU, Jennifer danced with The Ballet Conservatory Company and taught for The Ballet Conservatory of St. Louis.
While working in other outpatient clinics Jennifer obtained multiple ergonomics and work-injury prevention certifications and has extensive experience with pre-employment screening, onsite job analysis, and return-to-work therapy programs. In 2011 she started Outbound Physical Therapy & Rehab and she particularly enjoys working with the geriatric population, performing fall-risk assessments and implementing balance programs that keep seniors active and living independently. Jennifer has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Missouri Physical Therapy Association for over 20 years. Prior to being elected President in 2016 and serving as President Elect for 1 year, she served as the Central District Chair and Reimbursement Chair. She is also an active member of the Private Practice Section and serves on the PPS Key Contact Task Force.
Jennifer and her husband Jay are life-long residents of Jefferson City. They have three sons, Archer, Dawson, and Tucker, who are active with soccer, basketball, and golf. Within the community, Jennifer is involved with St. Peter’s Interparish School, The American Heart Association Mid Missouri Heart Ball, and Zonta International.
