2016 MPTA March Student Spotlight
Share |

"The Best way to predict your Future is to create it."

Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the United States

The MPTA places tremendous value on our student members. The student members of today will become the future leaders of our organization. Our student members are truly creating their own future; at a very early stage in their careers they see the value in their profressional organization.

Each month the MPTA will place a spotlight on one of our tremendous student physical therapists or student physical therapist assistants. Please contact Sylvia Czuppon, MPTA Social Media Chair, if you would like to recommend a student for our Spotlight page.

The March Student Spotlight Shines on

Professional Goals:

After graduation I plan to work in an outpatient setting and work toward applying to the DPT bridge program. I would also like to have the opportunity to work in the classroom with future PTA’s; I feel that one of the best ways to learn and keep up knowledge is to teach.

I try to be a well rounded person, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I take every opportunity to learn whenever possible. In addition, these past few years I have made it a personal goal to participate in at least 3 5K races a year to stay physically active in addition to knowing that my contributions are going to worthy causes. Finally, I am very active with the music ministry within my church; I sing in the worship choir and a women’s small ensemble and I play in the hand bell choir.
